Founded in 2013, in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, Planitar Inc. is the maker of iGUIDE, a proprietary camera and software platform for capturing and delivering immersive 3D virtual tours and extensive property data.

iGUIDE is the most efficient system to map interior spaces and features accurate floor plans, measurements, and reliable property square footage. By integrating floor plans and visual data, iGUIDE provides an intuitive and practical way to digitally navigate and explore built environments.

Although we’re a small company, we pride ourselves on incorporating the following environmentally friendly practices in our business:

• Offering our training, sales, marketing, and manuals in digital format to reduce printing, postage, and the waste of natural resources.
• Developing a culture of sustainability in our office where lighting, decor, and efficiencies are selected for their green ratings, documents are shared digitally and not printed unnecessarily, and packaging waste is reduced by purchasing office materials and foodstuffs from local businesses.
• Most notably, the iGUIDE technology greatly reduces physical home visits, replacing them with virtual ones, which helps to lessen the carbon footprint of the real estate industry.
